Got into this industry because a customer told her she was too good at service to stay where she was.
Debbie’s start in this business came from a compliment. She was working in the service industry in the mid-1980s when a customer noticed how she took care of people and told her she should apply at his wholesale distribution company. She did, and nearly four decades later she’s still at it.
She built AllSource around a simple idea: a construction supply company that genuinely puts the customer first, with quality products at competitive prices and service that follows through. The early years meant proving that to manufacturers one order at a time, building credibility step by step until the industry knew the name. Today the company carries a deep product line, long-standing manufacturer relationships, and a customer base that keeps coming back.
Ask what she’s proudest of and she names two things: the business and the team she built, and doing it while being a dedicated mom and grandmother. What keeps her engaged is that the work never stops evolving. There’s always a new product to learn or a better way to build. And her real talent, the one that started all of this, is still putting people at ease, usually with a little humor.
Off the clock: At the river with her dog, growing flowers, traveling with friends, or cheering on her granddaughter at cheer competitions.
Left the business to coach. Missed it enough to come back.
Cindy got into construction supply right out of college, working three years at a friend’s dad’s business before leaving to chase a coaching career. The coaching stuck with her. So did the business. She missed it enough to come back, and she’s been with AllSource ever since.
As General Manager she’s part operations, part sales, and part whatever the day happens to require. The variety is the point. She’d describe herself as competitively driven, and she brings the same energy to taking care of a customer that she brought to the sideline.

Thirty years in, there aren’t many job-site problems he hasn’t already run into.
Andy has spent 30 years in and around construction, with a career that’s touched most corners of it: demolition, asbestos abatement, estimating, and sales across Unistrut, concrete accessories, tools and fasteners. That range is why contractors call him when a job hits a snag. Odds are he’s seen it before.
What he likes most is the solving. Bring him a problem and he’ll work it until there’s an answer. He calls himself a social butterfly, which anyone who’s ever talked to him well past the original question would confirm.
Off the clock: At the hockey rink or with his grandkids.
Debbie recruited her personally. Ten years later she’s still out in the field.
Sydney came to construction supply from the service industry, recruited by Debbie herself after the two crossed paths. Ten years later she’s in the field most days, which suits her exactly. The best part of the job, she’ll tell you, is being out and about and talking to people.
She has a knack for finding the humor in an ordinary moment and making people comfortable in the process. On a job site or across a counter, that goes a long way.

Twelve years in the industry, and she’ll take the small-company way of doing it every time.
Sara got her start at Sanderson Safety Supply and has spent 12 years in the industry since. What brought her to AllSource is what keeps a lot of people here: she likes working for a small company, where you know your customers and your customers know you.
In Senior Inside Sales she’s often the voice on the other end of the line when an order needs to happen today. And when the team needs a party thrown, she’s the one who plans it.
Off the clock: Traveling.
Started here as a driver. Came back to handle orders from the other side of the counter.
Krystina has seen AllSource from more than one seat. She started here in 2018 as a driver, then moved on to inside sales at Spears and procurement at Procraft Equipment and Trubeck Construction before coming back to ACS. That path means she understands an order from the loading dock all the way to the invoice.
Ask her favorite part of the job and the answer isn’t the product line, it’s the women she works alongside every day. She’s also the unofficial IT department, the person everyone finds when a computer stops cooperating.
